this year is important to work on the body as well as on the mind hence wellness coaching will gain popularity in this year.

several mobile apps are there to give you a complete workout plan everyday. these apps are going to make so much more money this year.

6. Open air gyms

many have ventured the possibility of initiating the trends of open air gyms to maximize distancing and reducing the disease spread.
