Nutrition is the process of providing our bodies with food and drinks to maintain health and growth.
Every person has different nutrition needs for their
maintenance, growth and reproduction. It’s a critical part of health and
fitness. Better nutrition is related to children and mother’s health. Better
Nutrition can also decrease the risk of having different diseases such as
diabetes and cardiovascular disease. If the nutrition requirement adequate it
can save you from a lot of diseases which exist in present time. Malnutrition
can lead to a lot of different diseases.

As we know that each of these nutrients are needed in different proportion for human body to be fit and healthy.
People with better nutrition are more productive and they can play a part in their life and to get rid of hunger and poverty from the society. While on the other side malnutrition can produce significant threats to human health which can lead to different diseases as people won’t get the right proportion of nutrients which are required for the human body.
I will explain the major nutrition’s which are required by a body in some specific amount according to body age and other factors.
Energy balance
The first one is the
amount of energy required based on age, size and other factors and there should
be balance between energy uptake and energy which is used by human.
Carbohydrates
They can be classified as monosaccharides and
polysaccharides. They must be converted to simplest form of glucose to be used
by the body. They make up 55% of body nutrition requirement.
Proteins
It is important for the maintenance and repair of tissues in the body
Vitamins
Vitamin D are made within the body by the bacteria but there are other vitamins which are need from outside source. These vitamins are needed by the body in small quantity
Minerals
calcium, iron and zinc are most important minerals which are
needed by the human body for strong bones, blood and production of proteins.
